Using the zip or rar file
1.Download an32csb.dll
2.Extract an32csb.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract an32csb.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting an32csb.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract an32csb.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place an32csb.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 an32csb.dll and press Enter.
