Using the zip or rar file
1.Download A16PASDG.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract A16PASDG.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract A16PASDG.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting A16PASDG.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract A16PASDG.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place A16PASDG.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 A16PASDG.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
