Using the zip or rar file
1.Download A16PASFM.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract A16PASFM.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract A16PASFM.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting A16PASFM.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract A16PASFM.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place A16PASFM.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 A16PASFM.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
