Using the zip or rar file
1.Download A16SBFM.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract A16SBFM.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract A16SBFM.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting A16SBFM.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract A16SBFM.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place A16SBFM.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 A16SBFM.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
