Using the zip or rar file
1.Download A16SP1FM.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract A16SP1FM.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract A16SP1FM.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting A16SP1FM.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract A16SP1FM.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place A16SP1FM.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 A16SP1FM.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
