Using the zip or rar file
1.Download A16SPKR.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract A16SPKR.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract A16SPKR.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting A16SPKR.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract A16SPKR.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place A16SPKR.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 A16SPKR.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
