Using the zip or rar file
1.Download A32SP1FM.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract A32SP1FM.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract A32SP1FM.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting A32SP1FM.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract A32SP1FM.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place A32SP1FM.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 A32SP1FM.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
