Using the zip or rar file
1.Download A32SPKR.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract A32SPKR.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract A32SPKR.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting A32SPKR.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract A32SPKR.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place A32SPKR.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 A32SPKR.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
