Using the zip or rar file
1.Download A870PROP.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract A870PROP.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract A870PROP.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting A870PROP.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract A870PROP.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place A870PROP.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 A870PROP.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
