Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AAFCOAPI.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract AAFCOAPI.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AAFCOAPI.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AAFCOAPI.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AAFCOAPI.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AAFCOAPI.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AAFCOAPI.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
