Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ACCUGNT5.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract ACCUGNT5.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ACCUGNT5.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ACCUGNT5.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ACCUGNT5.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ACCUGNT5.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ACCUGNT5.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
