Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ACDInTouch.dll 3.0.0.9
2.Extract ACDInTouch.dll 3.0.0.9 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ACDInTouch.dll 3.0.0.9 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ACDInTouch.dll 3.0.0.9.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ACDInTouch.dll 3.0.0.9 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ACDInTouch.dll 3.0.0.9 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ACDInTouch.dll 3.0.0.9 and press Enter.
