Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ACETOOLS.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract ACETOOLS.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ACETOOLS.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ACETOOLS.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ACETOOLS.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ACETOOLS.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ACETOOLS.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
