Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ACGEX15.DLL 21.0.98.0
2.Extract ACGEX15.DLL 21.0.98.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ACGEX15.DLL 21.0.98.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ACGEX15.DLL 21.0.98.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ACGEX15.DLL 21.0.98.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ACGEX15.DLL 21.0.98.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ACGEX15.DLL 21.0.98.0 and press Enter.
