Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ACLB.DLL 4.5.0.129
2.Extract ACLB.DLL 4.5.0.129 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ACLB.DLL 4.5.0.129 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ACLB.DLL 4.5.0.129.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ACLB.DLL 4.5.0.129 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ACLB.DLL 4.5.0.129 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ACLB.DLL 4.5.0.129 and press Enter.
