Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ACMCMPRS.DLL 1.10.0.176
2.Extract ACMCMPRS.DLL 1.10.0.176 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ACMCMPRS.DLL 1.10.0.176 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ACMCMPRS.DLL 1.10.0.176.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ACMCMPRS.DLL 1.10.0.176 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ACMCMPRS.DLL 1.10.0.176 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ACMCMPRS.DLL 1.10.0.176 and press Enter.
