Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ACTLANG.DLL 4.0.0.90
2.Extract ACTLANG.DLL 4.0.0.90 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ACTLANG.DLL 4.0.0.90 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ACTLANG.DLL 4.0.0.90.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ACTLANG.DLL 4.0.0.90 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ACTLANG.DLL 4.0.0.90 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ACTLANG.DLL 4.0.0.90 and press Enter.
