Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ACTSCORE.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract ACTSCORE.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ACTSCORE.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ACTSCORE.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ACTSCORE.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ACTSCORE.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ACTSCORE.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
