Using the zip or rar file 1.Download AD30RSDB.DLL 3.0.0.0
2.Extract AD30RSDB.DLL 3.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AD30RSDB.DLL 3.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AD30RSDB.DLL 3.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AD30RSDB.DLL 3.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AD30RSDB.DLL 3.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AD30RSDB.DLL 3.0.0.0 and press Enter.
