Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ADDRESS.DLL 6.0.3939.0
2.Extract ADDRESS.DLL 6.0.3939.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ADDRESS.DLL 6.0.3939.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ADDRESS.DLL 6.0.3939.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ADDRESS.DLL 6.0.3939.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ADDRESS.DLL 6.0.3939.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
