Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ADDXA.DLL 6.0.4417.0
2.Extract ADDXA.DLL 6.0.4417.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ADDXA.DLL 6.0.4417.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ADDXA.DLL 6.0.4417.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ADDXA.DLL 6.0.4417.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ADDXA.DLL 6.0.4417.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ADDXA.DLL 6.0.4417.0 and press Enter.
