Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ADOBE.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract ADOBE.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ADOBE.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ADOBE.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ADOBE.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ADOBE.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ADOBE.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
