Using the zip or rar file 1.Download AHQKBRES.DLL 1.0.15.0
2.Extract AHQKBRES.DLL 1.0.15.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AHQKBRES.DLL 1.0.15.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AHQKBRES.DLL 1.0.15.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AHQKBRES.DLL 1.0.15.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AHQKBRES.DLL 1.0.15.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AHQKBRES.DLL 1.0.15.0 and press Enter.
