Using the zip or rar file 1.Download AHQRES.DLL 1.0.25.0
2.Extract AHQRES.DLL 1.0.25.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AHQRES.DLL 1.0.25.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AHQRES.DLL 1.0.25.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AHQRES.DLL 1.0.25.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AHQRES.DLL 1.0.25.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AHQRES.DLL 1.0.25.0 and press Enter.
