Using the zip or rar file 1.Download AILPCM.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract AILPCM.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AILPCM.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AILPCM.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AILPCM.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AILPCM.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AILPCM.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
