Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AInfo0.dll 1.0.2.3
2.Extract AInfo0.dll 1.0.2.3 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AInfo0.dll 1.0.2.3 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AInfo0.dll 1.0.2.3.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AInfo0.dll 1.0.2.3 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AInfo0.dll 1.0.2.3 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AInfo0.dll 1.0.2.3 and press Enter.
