Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ALARMSHARED.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract ALARMSHARED.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ALARMSHARED.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ALARMSHARED.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ALARMSHARED.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ALARMSHARED.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ALARMSHARED.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
