Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AM18.DLL 1.80.0.265
2.Extract AM18.DLL 1.80.0.265 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AM18.DLL 1.80.0.265 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AM18.DLL 1.80.0.265.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AM18.DLL 1.80.0.265 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AM18.DLL 1.80.0.265 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AM18.DLL 1.80.0.265 and press Enter.
