Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AMSSG.DLL 1996.10.10.102
2.Extract AMSSG.DLL 1996.10.10.102 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AMSSG.DLL 1996.10.10.102 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AMSSG.DLL 1996.10.10.102.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AMSSG.DLL 1996.10.10.102 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AMSSG.DLL 1996.10.10.102 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AMSSG.DLL 1996.10.10.102 and press Enter.
