Using the zip or rar file 1.Download AMTX3D32.DLL 4.5.0.129
2.Extract AMTX3D32.DLL 4.5.0.129 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AMTX3D32.DLL 4.5.0.129 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AMTX3D32.DLL 4.5.0.129.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AMTX3D32.DLL 4.5.0.129 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AMTX3D32.DLL 4.5.0.129 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AMTX3D32.DLL 4.5.0.129 and press Enter.
