Using the zip or rar file 1.Download AOLDial.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1
2.Extract AOLDial.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AOLDial.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AOLDial.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AOLDial.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AOLDial.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AOLDial.dll 2.0.20.1.US.1 and press Enter.
