Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ARE.dll 1.1.02
2.Extract ARE.dll 1.1.02 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ARE.dll 1.1.02 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ARE.dll 1.1.02.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ARE.dll 1.1.02 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ARE.dll 1.1.02 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ARE.dll 1.1.02 and press Enter.
