Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AcFilEnm.DLL 1.0.440.1
2.Extract AcFilEnm.DLL 1.0.440.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AcFilEnm.DLL 1.0.440.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AcFilEnm.DLL 1.0.440.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AcFilEnm.DLL 1.0.440.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AcFilEnm.DLL 1.0.440.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AcFilEnm.DLL 1.0.440.1 and press Enter.
