Using the zip or rar file
1.Download AcShellExt.dll 1.0.0.536
2.Extract AcShellExt.dll 1.0.0.536 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AcShellExt.dll 1.0.0.536 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AcShellExt.dll 1.0.0.536.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AcShellExt.dll 1.0.0.536 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AcShellExt.dll 1.0.0.536 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AcShellExt.dll 1.0.0.536 and press Enter.
