Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Act2000Agent.dll 0.1.1.38
2.Extract Act2000Agent.dll 0.1.1.38 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Act2000Agent.dll 0.1.1.38 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Act2000Agent.dll 0.1.1.38.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Act2000Agent.dll 0.1.1.38 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Act2000Agent.dll 0.1.1.38 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Act2000Agent.dll 0.1.1.38 and press Enter.
