Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ActABCache.dll 1.0.0.1
2.Extract ActABCache.dll 1.0.0.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ActABCache.dll 1.0.0.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ActABCache.dll 1.0.0.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ActABCache.dll 1.0.0.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ActABCache.dll 1.0.0.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ActABCache.dll 1.0.0.1 and press Enter.
