Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ActCmd.dll 6.0.0.679
2.Extract ActCmd.dll 6.0.0.679 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ActCmd.dll 6.0.0.679 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ActCmd.dll 6.0.0.679.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ActCmd.dll 6.0.0.679 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ActCmd.dll 6.0.0.679 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ActCmd.dll 6.0.0.679 and press Enter.
