Using the zip or rar file 1.Download Actnapi.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract Actnapi.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Actnapi.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Actnapi.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Actnapi.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Actnapi.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Actnapi.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
