Using the zip or rar file 1.Download AgentPack1.dll 3.0.0.125
2.Extract AgentPack1.dll 3.0.0.125 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AgentPack1.dll 3.0.0.125 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AgentPack1.dll 3.0.0.125.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AgentPack1.dll 3.0.0.125 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AgentPack1.dll 3.0.0.125 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AgentPack1.dll 3.0.0.125 and press Enter.
