Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Ainfo2.dll 1.0.2.3
2.Extract Ainfo2.dll 1.0.2.3 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Ainfo2.dll 1.0.2.3 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Ainfo2.dll 1.0.2.3.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Ainfo2.dll 1.0.2.3 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Ainfo2.dll 1.0.2.3 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Ainfo2.dll 1.0.2.3 and press Enter.
