Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Algeria.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract Algeria.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Algeria.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Algeria.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Algeria.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Algeria.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Algeria.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
