Using the zip or rar file 1.Download Amspvts.dll 1.0.0.1
2.Extract Amspvts.dll 1.0.0.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Amspvts.dll 1.0.0.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Amspvts.dll 1.0.0.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Amspvts.dll 1.0.0.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Amspvts.dll 1.0.0.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Amspvts.dll 1.0.0.1 and press Enter.
