Using the zip or rar file 1.Download Amzi4.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract Amzi4.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Amzi4.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Amzi4.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Amzi4.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Amzi4.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Amzi4.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
