Using the zip or rar file 1.Download AnnoWelt.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract AnnoWelt.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract AnnoWelt.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AnnoWelt.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AnnoWelt.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place AnnoWelt.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 AnnoWelt.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
