Using the zip or rar file 1.Download Atmosphere.dll 3,0,15,212
2.Extract Atmosphere.dll 3,0,15,212 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Atmosphere.dll 3,0,15,212 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Atmosphere.dll 3,0,15,212.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Atmosphere.dll 3,0,15,212 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Atmosphere.dll 3,0,15,212 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Atmosphere.dll 3,0,15,212 and press Enter.
