Using the zip or rar file
1.Download aacenc32.dll 2.5.1.6
2.Extract aacenc32.dll 2.5.1.6 from .zip. We recommend that you extract aacenc32.dll 2.5.1.6 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting aacenc32.dll 2.5.1.6.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract aacenc32.dll 2.5.1.6 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place aacenc32.dll 2.5.1.6 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 aacenc32.dll 2.5.1.6 and press Enter.
