Using the zip or rar file
1.Download aacplus.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract aacplus.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract aacplus.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting aacplus.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract aacplus.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place aacplus.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 aacplus.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
