Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ac3enc.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract ac3enc.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ac3enc.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ac3enc.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ac3enc.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ac3enc.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ac3enc.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
