Using the zip or rar file
1.Download accuimr5.dll 5.10.0.0
2.Extract accuimr5.dll 5.10.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract accuimr5.dll 5.10.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting accuimr5.dll 5.10.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract accuimr5.dll 5.10.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place accuimr5.dll 5.10.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 accuimr5.dll 5.10.0.0 and press Enter.
