Using the zip or rar file 1.Download acspecfc.dll 5.0.2195.5437
2.Extract acspecfc.dll 5.0.2195.5437 from .zip. We recommend that you extract acspecfc.dll 5.0.2195.5437 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting acspecfc.dll 5.0.2195.5437.

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place acspecfc.dll 5.0.2195.5437 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 acspecfc.dll 5.0.2195.5437 and press Enter.
